HR operations were previously managed using Outlook, Excel trackers, emails, and phone calls. Interview scheduling, onboarding, and candidate communication required manual coordination across decentralized systems.
This approach created inefficiencies, limited visibility, slowed response times, and reduced operational control. High volumes of interviews required significant administrative effort, preventing teams from focusing on high-value recruitment activities.

SPOC delivered a comprehensive ServiceNow-based HR ecosystem focused on automation, visibility, and scalability.
- Interview Scheduling Automation
Developed a low-code application enabling real-time availability dashboards, self-scheduling for candidates and interviewers, automated room booking, calendar integrations (Teams, Zoom, Webex), SMS reminders, and SLA measurement.
- HR Process Management
Implemented a custom onboarding and offer management application integrated with RPA and Applicant Tracking Systems, increasing process transparency and stakeholder engagement.
- Multi-Channel Communication Platform
Built a domain-separated ServiceNow instance with secure client data segregation, automated ticket logging, real-time reporting, chatbot functionality, and fully branded service portals.
