ROPES PARK TEAM BUILDING

At SPOC, we build our team on many levels, and yesterday we took that quite literally by meeting a few meters above the ground in a ropes park. 🧗

There was a bit of adrenaline, but even more laughter. 😄 Navigating the rope courses called for focus and personal determination, but the support from fellow SPOCers cheering from below was absolutely priceless. Thanks to that, it really felt like we were overcoming the obstacles together.

After all that excitement, we gathered by the lake to relax and share our impressions. ⛅ That moment was truly ours.

THE POWER OF A KUDOS

Small acts make a big difference. At SPOC, we know it well, so that’s why we’re big fans of giving Kudos. Sometimes for a helping hand, sometimes just for making someone’s day. Because you don’t need grand gestures to do great work together.💛

Twice a year we take a look back and see who’s been truly unstoppable when it comes to lifting others up. And this time, three names stood out: Mateusz, Łukasz and Tomasz. Well deserved! 👏

Team meetup

At SPOC, we make the most of what remote work has to offer 💻 But nothing beats a chance to meet in person — which is why our calendar is full of such moments 📅 Working from home every day only strengthens the need for shared laughter and real conversations.

That’s why our team meetups aren’t just a nice addition – they’re a regular part of SPOC life. This time, we went for a laid-back afternoon by the Warta river: sunshine ☀️, water, and familiar faces – sounds like a pretty great plan! 🌳

After all, a team is more than just a project. It’s people you can count on – and building those bonds is always worth it 🤝

Knowledge Thirsty 4.0!

We all have some idea of what other teams do – especially when we work closely with them. But how often do we really get to peek behind the curtain and see how it all works in practice? 👀

As part of Knowledge Thirsty – our internal knowledge-sharing series 💡 – Agnieszka Kozłowska gave us a behind-the-scenes look at what Presales is really about.✨ No fluff, no shortcuts, and plenty of personality. And since Agnieszka has a true talent for storytelling, the session was engaging, light, and packed with insights. 🎤

This was already the fourth edition of Knowledge Thirsty this year — and more are on the way! 🚀

SPOC Runners Club

Combining the useful with the enjoyable? You don’t have to convince us.
Since the spirit of sport definitely runs through our veins, we couldn’t pass up the chance to take part in the “Bieg Firmowy”.

Our 5-person Team SPOC gave it their all, running to support children under the care of the Everest Foundation.

And the results? Honestly, that’s secondary. What truly matters is the sense of satisfaction – and that can’t be measured.

Survival Race

At SPOC, we believe in all kinds of team bonding – even the muddy and exhausting kind. 🏃‍♂️ That’s why a 6 km run through sand, mud and countless obstacles sounded like a great idea.💦

So five of our brave teammates – Kamil, Dawid, Filip, Mikołaj and Adam – decided to take on the Survival Race, joining forces to tackle all sorts of crazy obstacles and have a blast doing it. 🧗‍♂️

All of this happened as part of our internal initiative “Zgadajmy się”, which supports the development of passions and shared interests among our people. Just one of many ways we like to stay active — together. 💡

Knowledge thirsty?

Sharing knowledge? At SPOC, it’s our daily bread! 📚 To create a natural space for it, we launched Knowledge Thirsty – an initiative where we exchange best practices not just from the world of ServiceNow.

Recently, we held the first edition, where three SPOCers – Gosia, Karol, and Wojtek – broadened our horizons. 🔍 Thanks to Wojtek, we are now more aware of the dangers of malware, Karol introduced his original concept – the Business Value Academy, and Gosia took us on a journey to rediscover Hawaii. 🌴

And since the name speaks for itself, everyone who joined Knowledge Thirsty in the office got to enjoy some real vitamin-packed drinks 🍹 – to recharge after winter and boost their energy! ⚡
