Your Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager who can combine strategic account development with disciplined commercial execution in an Account-Centric Sales Model.
The role focuses on understanding customer priorities, building multi-level relationships, identifying future initiatives, and converting them into qualified opportunities. The ideal candidate is not only focused on closing individual deals, but also on building long-term customer value and coordinating SPOC’s expertise around the customer’s business needs.
This role requires consultative selling skills, business understanding, and the ability to manage expertise-led sales processes around ServiceNow advisory, implementation, and managed services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute Account Plans covering customer priorities, stakeholder map, active deals, future initiatives, risks, competition, and 30/60/90-day actions,
- Manage and grow assigned strategic enterprise accounts,
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across IT, business, procurement, management, and executive levels,
- Understand the customer’s business situation, transformation agenda, ServiceNow landscape, challenges, and expansion potential,
- Identify, qualify, and develop new customer initiatives, including upsell, cross-sell, advisory, roadmap, and implementation opportunities,
- Own the commercial side of Deal Management, including CRM records, customer communication, closing plan, pricing, commercial negotiations, offer submission, and contract coordination,
- Work with Pre-Sales and Delivery to prepare credible, realistic, and deliverable offers,
- Coordinate QBRs, roadmap sessions, executive meetings, and strategic account reviews,
- Report account health, relationship depth, risks, pipeline, forecast, and required management actions,
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in CRM, including accounts, contacts, stakeholders, initiatives, deals, next steps, and closing plans.
Skills we are looking for
- 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, account management, or senior client-facing roles in IT services, software implementation, SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation,
- Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, including discovery, offer preparation, commercial negotiation, procurement, and contracting,
- Proven experience in managing and growing large enterprise accounts through structured account planning and long-term relationship development,
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including CIO, COO, CFO, CDO, IT Directors, business owners, procurement, and transformation leaders,
- Consultative selling mindset with the ability to translate customer challenges into advisory, implementation, and platform-service opportunities,
- Good understanding of IT service management, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, or ServiceNow-related services,
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including Pre-Sales, Delivery, Product Leads, consultants, and executive stakeholders,
- Strong commercial ownership, including pipeline management, forecasting, pricing discussions, closing plans, and CRM discipline,
