At SPOC, we’re a team of passionate professionals and curious minds dedicated to helping businesses evolve through smart, impactful ServiceNow solutions.

Since 2010, we’ve been a trusted ServiceNow partner, delivering more than 300 successful projects and growing into one of Europe’s leading ServiceNow-focused consultancies.

Briefly about what we do

We specialise in end-to-end digital transformation — from strategic advisory to full implementation — empowering organisations to automate workflows, enhance efficiency, and stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.

At SPOC, we’re not just building a company — we’re cultivating a community driven by our core values: initiative, curiosity, autonomy, and respect. We encourage bold ideas, celebrate every success, and empower our people to make a real impact.

Your Role

We’re looking for a Program Manager who combines strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset and business orientation.

This role sits at the intersection of presales, delivery management, and stakeholder coordination. You’ll work closely with customers, sales teams, consultants, architects, and product leads to shape project proposals, coordinate delivery plans, validate estimates, and ensure successful execution of initiatives.

Success in this role requires ownership, adaptability, analytical thinking, and the ability to leverage modern technologies, including AI-powered productivity tools, to drive efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead presales activities in cooperation with sales teams, architects, consultants, and product leads; drive proposal preparation from opportunity qualification through final customer submission;
  • Coordinate creation of project proposals, delivery plans, implementation roadmaps, and statements of work;
  • Build and manage project backlogs, timelines, resource plans, and delivery assumptions; review, challenge, and validate effort estimates provided by technical teams to ensure consistency and feasibility;
  • Coordinate customer workshops, discovery sessions, and project initiation activities; manage day-to-day customer communication and stakeholder engagement;
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations, commercial commitments, and delivery capabilities;
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders across parallel initiatives; lead project execution, task delegation, and delivery governance;
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies; identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation actions;
  • Prepare status reports and executive-level updates for customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Cooperate closely with Account Managers to support business growth and customer success;
  • Continuously improve presales and delivery processes through automation, modern tooling, and AI-assisted workflows.

Skills we are looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project, program, delivery, or consulting roles; experience delivering software development, implementation, or digital transformation projects;
  • Experience working directly with external customers in an international environment;
  • Fluent English (C1 preferred);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, including managing multiple initiatives simultaneously;
  • Ability to independently drive workstreams and make decisions with limited supervision;
  • Experience preparing project plans, delivery roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and effort estimates; ability to coordinate technical experts and validate scope, assumptions, and estimates;
  • Growth mindset and ability to quickly learn new business domains, technologies, and processes;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and business audiences;
  • Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies; team-oriented mindset combined with accountability and ownership.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ServiceNow projects;
  • Experience in presales, bid management, or solution consulting;
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and Large Language Models (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.);
  • PMP, Prince2, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or ITIL certifications.
