Your responsibilities

  • Performing ServiceNow implementation and maintenance projects: building and improving the system and processes,
  • Conducting trainings, presentations, consultations, workshops, analysis and implementation concepts,
  • Analyzing and managing business and process requirements, delivering quality and value to our customers,
  • Preparing project documentation,
  • Working with a customer as well as an internal project team,
  • Actively supporting customers on their ‘ServiceNow journey’.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computing-related fields is highly preferred,
  • Min. 2 years commercial experience in business and process analysis, implementation and maintenance of ITSM class tools,
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English – min. C1/ CAE,
  • Analytical skills and ability to work independently,
  • Ability to communicate effectively and transfer knowledge at both the business and technical level,
  • Driving license cat. B and readiness for business trips across Europe.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow / ServiceNow System Administrator Certificate,
  • ITIL certificate,
  • Knowledge of the SCRUM methodology,
  • Experience in software implementation projects,
  • Programming skills in JavaScript, Angular.js, HTML / CSS,
  • Familiarity with REST / SOAP,
  • Essential knowledge of databases.
