We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support SPOC and ServiceNow’s growth globally.

Prospecting and lead generation activities,
Coordination of the process related to handling, organization and distribution of leads and inquiries,
Active positioning and sales of own SPOC solutions,
Systematic follow-up after marketing campaigns, training sessions, etc.,
Update and analysis of customer databases in CRM,
CRM system update and development,
Active cooperation with the marketing department.
Experience in prospecting and lead generation in the IT services industry,
Fluency in CRM systems,
Excellent command of spoken and written Polish and English,
Very good communication skills over the phone.
An advantage would be
Experience in ServiceNow or other Enterprise PaaS platforms,
Technical knowledge sufficient to understand software development services.
