We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and support SPOC and ServiceNow’s growth globally.

Knowledge of service management for Enterprise IT Customers,
Excellent command of spoken and written Polish and English,
Prior experience in the software industry,
Proven record of cooperation with C-level in Enterprise segments,
Willingness to travel mostly across Europe (about 20% work time),
