Our SPOCers

“What convinced me to join SPOC was the structured approach to project management, the logical SDLC process, and the fact that knowledge sharing is genuinely valued by the PMO.
Over time, I worked on projects for clients across a wide range of industries, from manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies to medical, legal, and European public institutions. Each environment brought different challenges and expectations, and that variety kept me engaged and pushed me to grow with every new challenge.
Looking back, I can see how much I’ve developed, not only because of the projects themselves, but also thanks to the people I’ve worked with.”

“From as long as I can remember, I’ve always seen my future in IT. After finishing a bootcamp, I joined SPOC and step by step got to know the world of technology, processes, and project work.
With the support of people in the company and in my team, daily challenges, and my own determination, I gradually developed my skills and eventually took on the role of ITSM Product Lead.
Today, I’m responsible not only for developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, but above all for shaping the product direction. I connect business needs with technology, coordinate the work of teams, and make sure the solutions we deliver truly support clients and bring real value to the organization
This role gives me a strong sense of ownership and real influence over how the entire service ecosystem evolves.”

“I joined SPOC as a Junior Developer with no commercial experience, but with a lot of curiosity and a strong desire to learn.
From the very beginning, I could count on the support of my “Buddy”, who helped me organize my knowledge and quickly step into real projects. That gave me confidence and the chance to tackle real challenges. Over time, I took on more responsibility and consistently expanded my ServiceNow expertise.
Today, I work as a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, specializing in ServiceNow integrations with other systems – from design to building custom connectors and automations. It’s an area where I can combine technology with the practical needs of our clients.”

“I’ve been working at SPOC for over 10 years. After joining the company, I started as a Developer, where I was able to develop my technical and business skills while working with numerous clients in an international environment.
I then had the opportunity to build my own support team as a manager, not only managing a multi-person team but also conducting workshops, training sessions, developing, and consulting on the ServiceNow platform both internally and for commercial clients.
Currently, I hold the role of Engineering Manager, which allows me not only to undertake the tasks outlined above but also to contribute to standards development. The company gives me the space to come up with my own ideas, which I also manage to implement.”

FAQ
We know that no one knows everything, which is why development is something we actively support. We cover the costs of ServiceNow certifications and exams and we run an internal initiative called Knowledge Thirsty, where people share knowledge and experience with each other. On top of that, you can take part in English lessons with native speakers and every role at SPOC has a clearly defined development path, so you know where you are and what your next steps can be.
We know that starting a new job goes much smoother with a well-planned onboarding process. That’s why we designed ours to support a calm and comfortable entry into the team. Every new person is supported by a dedicated Buddy – someone you can reach out to with any question and who helps you get to know both the processes and the company from the inside.
While that sounds like a cliché, just be yourself. We will check your level of English, so you can expect a couple of questions related to your recent job, studies, and yourself. Then you will be asked to complete a recruitment task to check your technical skills. One more thing – don’t complain about your previous employer!
Our benefits are meant to make everyday life easier, which is why we offer private medical care and a sports card. But a lot happens around people as well – we celebrate work anniversaries, get involved in charity and sports initiatives. Our integration calendar is simply full of activities.
Remote work naturally makes us want to spend time together offline. That’s why something is always happening – there’s hardly a month without a shared activity. From our annual integration trip and Christmas event, through smaller initiatives like bonfires or team sports, to our yearly sailing trip in Mazury. There’s enough variety for everyone to find something that feels right for them.
Not only that! We can say that international projects are our daily bread, so proficiency in English is a must-have for us.
